The synthesis exhibition of the Annual Art and Science Neo Art Connect—NAC 2024, the 2nd edition, with the theme Changing Environments, can be visited at Hala Laminor untill June 2.
NAC, an event curated by Anca Boeriu and Andreea Sandu, this year benefits from 15,000 square meters dedicated to art and science, over 100 Romanian and foreign artists known to the public or emerging, interactive installations, works of augmented reality and artificial intelligence, sections news, conferences and shows.
International artists awarded at the prestigious Austrian Ars Electronica festival in 2023, such as Ayoung Kim or Julia Rommel, the presence of Klaus Obermaier, one of the greatest experts and new media artist, pioneer in the interaction of technologies with performing arts, music and installations, or the installation created especially for NAC 2024 by the creative studio RIZI using AI and which offers the possibility for the public to interact with five of the most intelligent female personalities in the history of Romania, the first in the world in their fields, called BRIGHT WOMEN ROUNDTABLE are just some of the attractive elements of this exhibition event.
NAC Kids is an area dedicated to little explorers. It offers free art, architecture, robotics workshops, competitions, and educational exhibitions.
The entire program of the Annual can be found on the neoartconnect.ro platform, this year, the NAC network connecting the following ten counties: Constanța, Bihor, Arad, Timișoara, Sibiu, Cluj, Iași, Prahova, Vâlcea and Bacău with the event in Bucharest until July 30.
The event is organized by the Galateca Gallery, the NeoArt Romania cultural association and UNITH2B architects.
The exhibition can be visited until June 2, 2024.
