Transsystemic Signals 2.0 is an interactive audio-visual installation that explores the innovative-creative potential of the tools and methods offered by the new media to symbolically reconnect the different layers and fragments of reality distributed organically in the physical, virtual and imaginary space.
The installation will be displayed on Thursday, July 7, at WASP Working Art Space and Production in the presence of the authors.
The event will start at 7:00 p.m. with an ‘artist talk’ with Ciprian Făcăeru and Andrei Raicu, the creators of the “Transsystemic Signals 2.0” installation, who will discuss the relationship between the performing arts and new media technologies.
The interdisciplinary project aims at an iterative creative process that continues the experiment developed in the first stage 1.0 that digitally archived and explored the relationship between urban built space and spontaneous vegetation as an exponent of natural fauna.
Transsystemic Signals 2.0 was developed in laboratory #1 – “New Technologies and Young Audiences”, within the Exploring Plurealities project. The interactive audio-visual installation introduces new variables in the transsystemic universe and explores the body presence in terms of performing arts in the context of new interactive technologies, virtual and mixed reality.
Co-authors and performers: Vlad Benescu, Ștefan Bunicelu, Dan Făcăeru, Georgiana Ghergu.

Location: WASP Working Art Space and Production (Flaros Factory, Building E, Floor 2, 67-93 Ion Minulescu Street, Bucharest)
