Atelierele Scânteia opened its doors to the general public between 24 and 26 October 2024 with openings, open workshops, guided tours and live DJ performance events.

Atelierele Scânteia is a space run by a group of artists and designed to promote the growth and sustainable development of the artistic scene in Romania. Setting up a mixed-use space in a collaborative environment, the workshops enable interaction between artists and the public. Atelierele Scânteia promotes dynamic social exchanges through cultural initiatives and serves as an enterprise that connects the artistic scene in Romania with the international community.

The Atelierele Scânteia Open Doors event is in its third edition. In this way, it manages to highlight the new exhibitions opened within the four exhibition spaces (Scânteia Projects, Switch Lab, Calciu Space and Galeria Posibilă), as well as ongoing projects.

During the three days, the program aims to include a diverse audience, being invited to discussions with the artists, curators and organizers and to guided tours with them, facilitating an important mediation process between the visitors and the Spark Workshops.
