On Saturday, February 3rd, ArtCrawl invites you to explore contemporary art in Bucharest with a guided tour led by Bogdan Bălan, starting at 4:00 PM in the A2 Building of Casa Presei Libere.
Do you want to discover new spaces in Bucharest and meet people interested in contemporary art? Join us for an ArtCrawl!
What is ArtCrawl? ArtCrawl is a guided tour through contemporary art galleries, artists’ studios, and other cultural centers and independent spaces.
What to expect from this ArtCrawl? We will explore the spaces and the work of artists at Scânteia Workshops, with the opportunity to engage in conversations. The tour is interactive – we ask questions, discuss with artists and gallery owners, interpret. All together. No prior knowledge of contemporary art is required to participate.
Duration? We start at 4:00 PM and finish at 6:30 PM.
Cost? The recommended contribution is 60 lei. If you cannot afford to pay or want to make a smaller donation, you are welcome anyway!
Who will guide you? Your guide will be Bogdan Bălan, a cultural worker and art critic from Bucharest.
Where? The meeting point is at the entrance of Building A2 at Casa Presei Libere.
