DIPLOMA Show festival, dedicated to the new generation of Romanian artists, architects and designers, organized by The Institute, returns this year with an edition highlighting the vision of those who will shape the future of creative industries in Romania. Between October 4 and 13, the former CINA restaurant on Benjamin Franklin Street, no. 10, becomes the meeting place for 145 emerging artists, selected from a total of 480 entries.

Now in its 11th edition, the DIPLOMA Show festival has established itself as an essential platform for young creators, offering them the opportunity to present their works to the general public and experts in the field. This year, a creative board made up of 57 professionals, including designers, artists, cultural managers, gallerists, architects, curators and university professors, evaluated and selected the most outstanding diploma works of graduates of creative-vocational faculties from Romania. They have dedicated themselves to identifying talent and originality in various creative fields, thus contributing to a comprehensive exhibition that reflects the 18 specializations included in the festival.

Visitors can discover these works in a setting that highlights both the talent and innovation of artists, designers and architects alongside emerging trends in each field. The exhibition covers three main areas: Decorative Arts, Fine Arts, Architecture, and Urbanism. These fields encompass 18 distinct specializations: architecture, interior design, landscape design, urban planning, mural art, graphic arts, textiles, ceramic-glass-metal, product design, graphic design, fashion, photo-video, new media, animation, pedagogy, painting, scenography and sculpture.
