Vault One Gallery, in collaboration with The Cosmic House Foundation and Korunk magazine, presents the exhibition Internal Transmission, the first personal exhibition of the Hungarian artist Péter Papp.
Curated by Tudor Costin, the exhibition explores the interconnections between people, space and time, emphasizing the fragility of the present moment and the temporal dimensions of memory. Internal Transmission marks a landmark moment in Péter Papp’s career, representing the first solo exhibition and offering the public the chance to discover the depth of an emerging artist through an intimate perspective.
Péter Papp (b. 1995) is a visual artist trained at the Budapest University of Fine Arts (HUFA), known for his innovative approach to experimental abstract painting and the visual representation of dreams. Through his works, the artist explores themes such as the fragility of the present moment and the complex relationship between artificial and natural, individual and society. His artistic practice, initially a form of escape, evolved towards a sophisticated visual language influenced by music, introspection and inner experiences. Peter has recently integrated figurative elements and experimented with techniques that combine the traditional with the contemporary, offering an authentic reflection on his current experiences and emotions.
Internal Transmission also represents a moment of cultural synergy between the Vault One Gallery, the Cosmic House Foundation and Korunk. Such partnerships are vital for supporting and promoting contemporary art.
