Elite Art Gallery, through the Elite Art Association, hosts the exhibition Country, Country, We Want… #FRESH/ Expoziția Țară, țară, vrem…#FRESH, which brings together the works of the winners of the seven editions of the #FRESH competition. Roxana Diochețanu curates the exhibition.
FRESH is a competition dedicated to young people between the ages of 18-35 and does not impose thematic directions, artists being free to enter with representative personal works. The competition aims to increase the visibility of young visual artists on the art market and offer them new career development opportunities.
In this sense, the exhibition Country, country, We Want…#FRESH declares itself a celebration of generations of artists who marked the first seven editions of the competition, launched in 2018. The exhibition brings to the fore the works of young people, who have become the voice of the future, illustrating the world we live in, but also the one we aspire to. Thus, the event becomes a universal call to support contemporary art, where each work purchased within the exhibition contributes directly to creating a fund intended to offer scholarships to young authors.
The exhibition can be visited between December 3, 2024, and January 3, 2025, from Monday to Friday at the Elite Art Gallery (Piața Naționile Unite, no. 3-5) between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
