On the weekend of November 1-3, this year’s last edition of the Art and Design Market takes place, which will be held in the Mezzanine spaces (Ion Brezoianu Street, no. 23-25) and sera Primitiv Plants (Griviței 73-75). The public will have the opportunity to meet and buy works and objects created by people and entities whose activities are associated with art and design.
“For the November Art and Design Market, we have prepared a selection of 38 entries, and our event will take place in two spaces, as we have been used the public lately. From next year, we are also preparing other places and collaborations, but we will communicate all these in due time. Until then, on the weekend of November 1 – 3, we’re meeting you in the Mezanin and Primitiv Plants spaces to have fun and enjoy together, we think, one of the most original and eclectic editions so far. From the beginning, there was an expectation among the public that at our event, they would discover the newest and freshest in creative areas, but this time, we believe we will exceed all expectations: perfumes, toys, chess, textiles, sculpture and much, much more others are just a few examples from our selection that we invite you to discover at the Art and Design Market. In addition, in the Primitiv Plants space, everything will take place like a day party, with music, DJ and entertainment”, say the organizers of The Art and Design Market, Otilia Fiastru and Mihnea Mihalache-Fiastru.
The Art and Design Market is an event that brings together visitors, creators who present their works to the public, personally, directly, freely, without participation fees and admission tickets for the public.
On the occasion of PAD 06, the public has the chance to buy works and support projects presented for the first time and exclusively by creators at the beginning of the road, who belong to the young generation, but also persons and entities consecrated in art and design who propose, at each edition of the Art and Design Market, unique works and objects, different from those we are used to in their exhibition circuit.
At the sixth edition of the Art and Design Market you will be able to meet in the Mezzanine space with Adina Marin, Andrei Arion, Atelier Cerars, Baicon, Bogdan Gîrbovan, Daniela Custrin & Matei Dumitriu, Dezarticulat, Dirt Drama Ceramic, Emilian Pospaii, Erik Ardelean, Gligor Kuzmanovski, Grapho Mat, Hermelina Mustelida, Human APJ, Irina Marinescu, Kalut, Lea Rasovszky, Marco Verhoogt, Miruna Radovici, Nais Maglavais, Petra Martin, Pour Toi, Architecture Magazine, Solid Matter, Surrogate Selves, Vlad Material.
At the same time, Albert Kaan, Assamblage Collective, Bogdan Petru, errredit, Iulia Groves, Lucia Roșca, Megan Dominescu, Murătura, Oana Barbonie, Otilia Efros, Peono Chess Club, Trinkova will be waiting for you in the Primitiv Plants greenhouse.
The visiting schedule is Friday between 14:00 and 20:00 and Saturday and Sunday between 11:00-20:00. Entrance is free.
