The Particles Festival, organized by the Citizenit Cultural Association, has reached its sixth edition. Between June 14 and 16, the public will be welcomed in the Micălaca Park in Arad with special events in nature on the Mureș shore: concerts, workshops, guided tours, sports activities, exhibitions, games, dance, activities for children, and much more.
Confirmed bands and musicians include Robin and the Backstabbers, Luiza Zan Quintet, Delta Pe Obraz, PA RO LA, Astro Générale, Desolate Moors, George Allen and Epicenter.
Starting from the theme BETWEEN URBAN SPACES AND NATURAL PLACES, this year’s edition also includes a series of improvements carried out in partnership with the Excelsior Association, landscaping activities and the placement of non-invasive and sustainable installations on the shore of Mureș, in the Micălaca Park area – paths with benches, information panels, non-invasive installations made of natural materials, insect hotels and much more. The ultimate goal of these interventions and facilities is to highlight the area’s biodiversity through environmentally friendly actions.
The festival’s partners are the Excelsior Association, Foto Club Pro Arad, Doar Mâine Association, Destin Cultural Association, the Scouts of Romania—Local Center “Phoenix” Arad, the Euromediu Association, the Pro Urbe Association, and Tango Vivo.
