“The Perfect Present” is the first exhibition in a physical space organized by Arta Prezentului. The opening occurred on Saturday, October 14, at the Muzeul Atelier Școala de la Piscu, in the exhibition space dedicated to contemporary art.
Arta Prezentului was born from a passion for art and the desire to create a common framework that would unite the creations of living Romanian artists from different generations with diverse backgrounds and artistic practices, capturing the richness of contemporary artistic practices.
Arta Prezentului, an online platform that promotes Romanian contemporary art, acts as an art gallery with a portfolio of artists, carefully curated works, and an exhibition program. Unlike art galleries, which represent a limited number of artists, the Arta Prezentului platform aims to develop an active community with artists from the younger generation and established artists.
It is an approach that aims to create a fair, durable, and sustainable art market by promoting and increasing the visibility of contemporary Romanian artists.
The collective exhibition “Prezentul Perfect,” hosted by the Piscu Atelier School Museum, brings together the artistic discourses of ten visual creators who approach various traditional and experimental media, emphasizing the diversity of contemporary artistic practices.
The exhibition “The Perfect Present” is more than an exhibition. It is a celebration of the present moment. We live constantly thinking about the future or dwelling on the past – but through this exhibition, we invite you to escape from the daily routine, appreciate the beauty of art, and enjoy the present moment.

The exhibition is part of a more significant effort to create contexts for exposing and promoting Romanian artists and contemporary art, exploring different alternative spaces.
The exhibition can be visited by appointment until October 22, 2023, during the week and on Saturdays and Sundays between 11:00 and 17:00.
